Get Huge

Building true size is not easy and doesn't happen over night it takes commitment and a drive that's willing to do what ever it takes to add that extra inch of quality mass to your frame. 
GOAL
You need to determine what your goal is whether its in one months time three months time or even twelfth month time figuring out what you goal is helps massive with motivation and helps to keep you on track with training and nutrition.
Your goal should be big enough to drive you forward but not unachievable if your goals are to unrealistic for you to achieve you'll run the risk of giving up.
NUTRITION         
Now you know your goal, now its time to sort out fuel to get you there.
eat big to get big hold more truth then you'll realise when I was putting on size my food intake was huge as my goal was to get huge, you cant eat like a bird expecting to get massive it doesn't work like that. Protien - Carbs - Fats key macronutrients for your diet I built my diet around them and built size doing it
THE GYM 
 Time to train, work like you want it this is the place where you release the kraken. I love nothing more then unleashing hell in the gym ill lift weight till I cant lift anymore. you know your goal you've eaten your meal now its time to train and build that dream body you've always wanted.
