How to build muscle
Building muscle is all about consistency! Having the will to do whatever it takes on a daily basis, we’ve all heard of the term “eat – sleep – train” well that isn't far from the trust now let's break in down in terms we can all understand!
EAT
We all eat now eating to build muscle in something completely different in term of volume, you need to eat big to get big.
Workout your macronutrients and consume them on a daily basis without fail, life will get in the way now you need to figure out how you can keep on your diet and deal with everything life throws at you. I often made my meals in advance and took enough with me to eat throughout the day to keep me on track with my diet and saved me from buying food on the go also don’t be afraid to have one or two “cheat meal” a week these meals are designed to give your body and mind a break from the diet these meals can be whatever your like.
SLEEP
Sleep in so important for building muscle as you grow when your rest and not in the gym aim for 8 hours a night
TRAIN
Train like you really want it, if you’re a beginner don’t get bogged down on reps and sets just do something learn your body learn the pump you get from lifting learn form as good form is key, if you’re a little more advance then reps and sets come into play but again don’t get bogged down on “was it 3 sets or 4!” minor details in the grand scheme of things.
Overall training to build muscle doesn’t have to be difficult stay consistent stay on your diet and train your arse off over time you will build muscle how much is very much determined on how long you keep going
